Baifield Fabrications Ltd started life as Dorset Ductwork Ltd and was founded by Alex Field. Specialising in basic ductwork manufacture and supplying to local trade, the business expanded significantly in 2015 supplying UK wide.

As a company, we have invested a substantial amount in modern machinery which has enabled us to increase our product offering in the UK. We now manufacture commercial stainless steel kitchen ventilation systems and fans, including extractor hoods and canopies, spines, wall cladding, and Pentapost odour control units in accordance with B&ES DW/172.

 

Our bespoke stainless steel galvanised sheet metal products are supplied to the commercial ventilation trade in the UK and on the Channel Islands. We offer a full range of kitchen ventilation canopies and associated products as well as standard and fire-rated ductwork. 

 

 

Kitchen Ventilation Canopies & Hoods

The varieties of commercial cooker canopies available include wall and island mounted extract-only canopies and extract and supply air canopies as well as condenser and dishwasher canopies. LED or fluorescent lighting and sloped valances may also be included to boost the aesthetic and practical appeal of your kitchen.

Sheet Metal Ductwork

From a single box to a full system, we can manufacture a full spectrum of rectangular and spiral galvanised and stainless steel kitchen ductwork. Baifield Fabrications Ltd is a regular supplier of fire-rated ductwork systems to B&ES DW/144.

 

 

Bespoke Kitchen Ventilation Requirements

Our experienced engineers and CSCS carded fitters work together with a local acoustician to ensure that DEFRA requirements are met and planning permission is achieved. All systems are also supplied with a 1 year on-site warranty.
