Baifield Fabrications Ltd offers a full range of canopies including:

 

• Extract only canopies – both wall and island mounted.

• Extract and supply air canopies – both wall and island mounted.

• Dishwasher canopies.

• Condense canopies.

 

All canopies are made in accordance with B&ES DW/172 from grade 304 18g and 20g stainless steel and may incorporate bulkhead lighting or recessed lighting (either fluorescent or LED) to provide 500 lux upon the cooking surface below.

 

Filter housings are made in accordance with section 13 of DW/172 and includes a fire guard channel and 2 no. integrated grease drawers per filter section.

 

Canopies may also be provided with sloped valances to provide aesthetic appeal as well as notches and cut outs to suit building structures or the need, for example, to integrate a service spine as part of the canopy.
